- HRPA Student Case Competition: Twenty teams from across Ontario put their HR knowledge to the test to tackle a real-life business and HR situation. This year’s competition theme was equity, diversity and inclusion, with the case study focusing on accommodating an employee with Autism. The students were given two hours to read, analyze, prepare a PowerPoint and present their solutions. It was the first time this group of students had competed in the competition, and they did an amazing job representing Fanshawe College.
