Hello future leaders and managers! You have come across the right program that lets you build upon your business knowledge, develop as a leader, and foster your management skills.

In the program, you will apply your newly obtained knowledge (obtained through your diploma program) to your live client work while developing as a leader and manager. Your work will be pulled from a wide range of business disciplines, including accounting, marketing, advertising, project management, and human resources. After all, you are a business graduate already, so you have a wide array of skills on which to build!

Unique Program Experiences

The Business Administration Leadership and Management program is not only about learning the skills needed to be a great leader in business – It is about BEING a leader and leading projects for the amazing folks in our local community. Throughout the entire program, you will work with several real clients on business-related project work meets the clients’ needs/requests. It is a job within the classroom!!

The course work and client experiences are diverse and exciting. You will work on projects that encompass innovative thinking, feasibility planning, marketing plan development, fundraising planning, recommendation plans, social media strategies, communication strategies, and project management overall. You will lead in all areas!

We believe in imparting knowledge, yes, but also in building character and instilling values that will guide you both as a leader and as a person. As such, your Kinlin School journey in this program will be filled with opportunities for personal growth and academic excellence as you grow as a leader and prepare for a career in the competitive world of business, leadership, and management.

Your Future Path

Graduates of this program will have earned all the education credits required for the Certified in Management (CIM) designation from the Canadian Institute of Management.  Graduates who meet admission requirements are also eligible for transfer to the Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Management) degree or they may be eligible to complete a degree at many other post-secondary institutions or complement your advanced diploma with a graduate certificate offered at Fanshawe.
