Co-op

Almost half of all programs offered in the Kinlin school provide co-op opportunities. Co-op allows students to confidently apply their knowledge in various practical settings, fostering a dynamic and engaging learning journey.

How Does Co-op Work?

  • Work semesters spaced throughout the academic program
  • Work semesters are normally four months in duration
  • Students are usually paid at the same rate as entry-level workers at a company.

Student Benefits of Co-op

  • Apply theory in real situations
  • Gain work experience before graduation
  • Earn while they learn
  • Develop job search, interview & communication skills
