In the one-year Ontario College Certificate Office Administration program, students learn how to communicate efficiently, prepare reports and presentations, as well as general accounting, and customer service skills. Graduates are prepared to become competent professionals that managers rely on by offering the latest office computer technology and teaching how to best use your organizational and communication skills to communicate with co-workers, managers, clients and customers.
Unique Program Experiences
A SILEx opportunity – OA students complete a SILEX project during their Office Procedures course where they meet with a mentor working in the field of Office Admin and create a staff manual for that mentor’s workplace. Students use skills learned in all courses to ensure that their document is ready to use.
You can find out more about our SILEx experience at SILEx and Job Skills for the Future.
