Email Accounts

Once your contract is processed, you’ll receive an email with your Fanshawe employee ID and credentials. Please note: It may take some time to gain access to your emails.

Your username will be incorporated into your two new Fanshawe College email addresses:

• username@fanshaweonline.ca
  This address is to be used exclusively for communication with students. This account is accessed through the learning management system, FanshaweOnline or FOL, at https://www.fanshaweonline.ca.
• For detailed FOL Email help, view the FOL Email Help page within FanshaweOnline.
• username@fanshawec.ca
  This address is for non-student correspondence within the College (e.g., with other faculty, managers, service departments; for completing employee training).
• This account is accessed through Microsoft Outlook Online or on any device with the Microsoft Outlook app.
