This diploma in accounting will teach you how to examine business from multiple angles and how to maximize your unique skill set. This two-year operations and supply chain co-op diploma program will ensure you are prepared to join private or public sectors in this demanding field. You’ll acquire and demonstrate industry-standard skills and dive deeper into core HR functional areas: recruitment and selection, training and development, human resources planning, occupational health and safety, HR management, compensation and benefits and labour relations. You’ll also have the opportunity to apply to further develop your consulting skills with the option of substituting two courses for the intensive community consultancy program, working with live clients to solve real problems.
