Fanshawe Employee Card

Employee ID Card

Your FANCard is your official Fanshawe identification card. Once you have an employee number, you can obtain your card. Employee cards provide swipe access to buildings and rooms during the workday and after hours. Access to B2015 (main Kinlin office) will be added 24 hours after you receive your card. You can also load money onto the card to make on-campus purchases.

Please note that the FANCard Office experiences a high volume of students during the first few weeks of term. Faculty have the option to visit the FANCard office in person (room E2020) or to process it online before the start of term. Faculty are strongly encouraged to submit the request online ASAP to avoid high volume during term start-up.

Steps to Get Your FANCard

To request a FANCard, you must upload your photo to the MyPhoto website. Once you have logged in, follow these simple steps:

  1. Take your photo according to the listed specifications
  2. Upload your photo and select option F “College Employee” beside the ‘Campus’ option
  3. Review and crop photo
  4. Preview photo
  5. Upload government ID (JPEG or HEIC format only)
  6. Review and crop photo
  7. Preview photo
  8. Finalize and submit

Wait for an email confirmation on the approval of your photo or check the status of your card order.

When ready, pick the card up Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., in room E2020. If you are not on campus during these hours, please ask the FANCard office to arrange for after-hours card pick up at Campus Security Services in room D1027.

Parking

To arrange parking, please visit ​​​the Parking and Lockers website. Parking is enforced from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. If you require accessible parking, please contact parking@fanshawec.ca to make special arrangements.
