Your Fanshawe Email Accounts

Email Accounts

Once your contract is processed, the College will send to your personal email address your Fanshawe employee ID and credentials. Please note: Gaining access to your emails may take some time.

Once your email account is ready, your username will be incorporated into your new Fanshawe College email address. Messages sent to either of the two email addresses below will appear in your single Microsoft Outlook Inbox.

• username@fanshawec.ca – This address will be used when you send or reply to emails from the Microsoft Outlook system.
• username@fanshaweonline.ca – This address will be used when you send emails from within the learning management system (LMS), FanshaweOnline (FOL). For details on FOL Email, view the FOL Email Help page.
