In this course, I learned about the anatomy and physiology of the human body, gaining a foundational understanding of its key systems. We started with an overview of cellular structure and then explored important systems like the integumentary, skeletal, muscular, nervous, and special senses.
Throughout the course, I achieved several key outcomes. I learned to use basic medical terminology related to the body systems, which helped me communicate effectively in healthcare settings. I described the structure and function of the body at the cellular and tissue levels and identified the major organ systems.
I also located and described important anatomical features, deepening my understanding of body structures. Additionally, I applied my knowledge to solve basic clinical problems, which improved my critical thinking skills.
By the end of the course, I had a solid understanding of human anatomy and physiology, preparing me for further studies in nursing and healthcare. This knowledge empowered me to make informed decisions in clinical settings and contribute effectively to patient care.
