As I embarked on my first year in the Practical Nursing program at Fleming College in Peterborough, Ontario, my focus shifted toward trying a new path and exploring the direction I wanted to take in life. I fully engaged with the coursework, absorbing essential knowledge about human health, nutrition, pharmacology, and the principles of nursing practice, even as I navigated my uncertainty about the future.
