I learned the importance of CPR, defibrillation and vasoactive medication and the different roles in an emergency response team and their importance. For instance the leadership role, the recorder who times, treatments and any associated notes that are important, the compressor, the monitor defibrillator team member, A person who will be reminding to give CPR at 30 compression, the right depth and rate. I also learned some of the causes of cardiac arrest and how to resolve them.
