Individual Reflection
**After completing the group project in NRSG 91, use the following questions to reflect upon your experience and your role in the collaborative project. Submit the completed form to the Dropbox by the due date. **

| Response: One time in person and later kept virtual communication

| 2. How were the roles and responsibilities divided/decided within the group? |
| Response: Each member was assigned to be in charge over a requirement for the assignment (for example one requirement included having 2-3 articles and for that we had 3 different people choose different articles to summarize) |
| 3. What were your responsibilities for the group project? |
| Response: To find an article and summarize it

| 4. What did you learn that you will continue to use throughout the program and into your practice? |
| Response: That working with a group means more than assigning roles and doing your part
|
| 5. Did you experience any challenges? If so, what were they? How did the group manage them? |
| Response: I think the biggest challenge was the ability to meet with the group
|
| 6. If you were to work with this same group again, what is one change the group could make to work together more effectively? |
| Response: Meet more to review all together the project, so that we can get feedback from others on our parts and have the project be more group rather than individual

| 7. How balanced do you feel the efforts of the group members were? If you felt they were unbalanced, how could this be addressed or prevented in the future? |
| Response:
I felt like things were pretty balance since for parts that looked like a bit more work we had more than one member working on it |
