The Impact and Application of Conflict Management in the Workplace

It is likely that conflict may make you feel less safe in your workplace or uncertain of what your role is in diffusing or resolving it. Throughout the course of this lesson, we will be learning more about the impact that conflict management approaches can have on Indigenous employees, and the steps we can all take towards creating a safe work environment for our Indigenous colleagues.
