There are several ways in which information about the College and your program will be communicated to you as well as ways in which you can connect with professors and School staff. In addition to the departmental staff provided above, you may also send enquiries to the general e-mail inbox to be routed to the appropriate contact. The general inbox is: icet@centennialcolllege.ca.
my.centennial Email
MyCentennial is your electronic portal to Centennial College information and services such as registration, fee payments, grades, and courses in which you are enrolled. Every student is provided with a MyCentennial account. You also have a designated my.centennialcollege.ca e-mail address that serves as your official College email address; College communications will be sent to you at this address. It is recommended that you use your my.centennialcollege.ca email account as your preferred email for all college-related business to ensure you do not miss important information. Log into myCentennial with your student ID number and password.
Communicating with Professors
All courses at Centennial have a virtual learning environment within eCentennial, the College’s learning management system.
To contact your professor by email, within the eCentennial course shell, locate Comunication > Class Lists to find your professor’s name and college email address.
Students must contact the professor using their college email address. Professors are prohibited from replying to mail from a personal email address.
All coursework must be submitted to your professor in class. The ICET department does not have a drop-box for coursework. The ICET receptionist cannot accept coursework. If you have made arrangements to hand in coursework outside of scheduled class time, you must make an appointment with your professor to hand in your work directly to them.

eCentennial is the College’s learning management system where you will access an online learning environment for all your courses. Students are encouraged to regularly check the News section in their eCentennial course shells for important course information, updates, reminders, changes, class resources, and new information from professors and department administration.
