School of Hospitality Tourism and Culinary Arts Department
Our striking new 350,000 square foot facility is home to the School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts as well as a new Centennial Student Residence offering accommodations for 740 students.
Experiential learning will take place in

- Hotel-style guest rooms
- State-of-the-art culinary labs
- Commercial baking and pastry labs
- A beverage tasting room
- Interactive classrooms
All of these operations provide experiential learning opportunities for our students, helping them gain valuable hands-on experience before graduating and beginning their careers.
