Assignment #3: Conduct a In person Placement Tour of EVS department with Faculty Advisor and develop presentation HESM Scope of Practice
GRADE VALUE: 25 Marks—20% OF TOTAL GRADE
DUE DATE: (Mutually organized visits during Week 3 to 6 of placement)

1. Describe the organization’s EVS supervision process observed during placement rotation
2. Provide placement schedule to assigned placement faculty advisor and mutually arrange a visit.
3. Please be advised placement faculty advisor will organize visits geographically to visit several sites the same day and may request an adjustment to your placement schedule, including if there are multiple students at the same sites, to help organize visits accordingly.
4. Coordinate site visit with Site supervisor, and Faculty advisor, for 1 hour visit.
5. Conduct a detailed tour of placement organization’s EVS department and discuss their roles and responsibilities
