Role of the Placement Supervisor

Orient student to facility and department
Assign/schedule rotation to schedule to meet outlined goals and objectives
Collect input regarding the student’s performance from relevant sources and other staff
Complete student evaluation; a final evaluation by the end of the 14th day, (Final evaluation fillable form can be found in this manual)
Please ensure that you have a discussion with the students regarding their evaluation and provide a copy to the student so they can submit accordingly and Fall Field Placement grade can be calculated
To be available to discuss student progress
Responsible for the direct/indirect supervision of the student during the placement experience
Contact Faculty Advisor to discuss concerns/problems with student performance
