Evaluation/feedback is important to the development of students’ skills. Prior to the beginning of placement, goals and objectives will be discussed with the student by the faculty advisor in order to identify the student’s strengths and skills to be developed during placement. Link of the evaluation form below.
It is very helpful if students are given feedback about their progress regularly during their placement. There is an evaluation form for students, alpha grade evaluation by Friday, December 1st, 2023.

Students’ responsibility to submit after discussing of the evaluation with the placement supervisor, please submit your Final Evaluations in the Dropbox. We can not assign a final grade until students submit the final evaluations in the dropbox.
