TEMPLATE: Imported Content Tracker

Temporary Page used to track imported content

Use this page in the front matter of the book to create a list of material that is imported at start of project.

For reference during development

  • PDF of this book before we started editing

This can be deleted after final Copyright audit, before publishing.  We can use this to verify content if the original web source disappears or undergoes a major update. OER Design Studio can create this file, or have faculty complete/edit it as they add their own content.

Mixing and Matching Content – CC License Compatibility

When mixing & matching content from different sources, be wary of materials marked with a Share-Alike (SA), Non-Commercial (NC) and No-Derivatives (ND) clauses. The chart below illustrates which licenses do not mix. Consult with Jen if you see any conflicts so we can sort this out.

Links, Versions and Attribution statements

Below, please find a link to the original page and some sample attribution pages. I’ve archived the PDF version of the original book  where possible, because we’ve had books “disappear” (be unpublished/inaccessible) before the end of a project which makes it hard to double check all of the attributions, etc.
