Cover Page Reflection (Modules 1, 2, 3):

In regards to the first three modules, the concepts of gender, racism and social justice are heavily analyzed as they present themselves in the discourse of sports and sporting organizations. Overall, the general notions that I believe in regards to these issues in sports, is that especially in higher-level sports, issues of justice are not just everywhere, but systematically ingrained into sporting organizations. Little change will happen as new rules and regulations have done little change thus far, and what I was really hoping to convey in my responses is just how reinforced these systems are because of prejudices, and unfortunately as well, business decisions from high-ranking decision makers. I am satisfied with my responses because genuinely, as I worked through these modules, I found myself learning so much as I went on, and as my responses continued, they gradually became more personally-engaged and provoked by the material.
