When you choose Centennial as your online learning partner, as a full-time student you gain access to a world-class education and support services. Our Advising and Pathway services, Leadership Programs, and Peer Tutoring are all available to ensure you have the support you need to succeed.
headSTART
headSTART is a pre-arrival program designed to help new students prepare for your first week of classes. The content is broken down into three sections: personal, which focuses on logistical matters; academic, which helps you better understand what to expect of your classroom (in-person or online) experience; and professional, which provides information and resources about working while in school and finding a job when you graduate. headSTART is comprised of an online portal, a weekly email newsletter and a series of webinars dedicated to each of the three sections.
myCard (Centennial student card)
Your myCard is your official photo identification at Centennial College.

Submit a request on the CASS (Centennial Access to Student Services) portal, located on the “Home” page of your myCentennial account.
Select “Request a Service” and submit an ‘Academic Advising’ request. It will reach your Success Advisor who will be able to advise you.
