	Badge 1:  EMERGING MENTOR Faculty who are MENTORING at an EMERGING level might demonstrate the following: o Identify the importance of relationships to mentoring. o Consider the importance of coaching to growth. o Consider how leadership looks in teaching and learning and professional work. o Recognize that sharing knowledge impacts teaching and learning. 	Badge 2: PERFORMING MENTOR Faculty who are MENTORING at a PERFORMING level may do the following: o Actively engage in partnerships to enhance teaching and learning. o Establish trust and facilitate goal setting. o Engage in leadership opportunities. o Practice sharing ideas. 	Badge 3: TRANSFORMING MENTOR Faculty who are MENTORING at a TRANSFORMING level may do the following: o Share best practices to build relationships and break down barriers. o Prioritize coaching to support peers. o Model leadership for peers. o Inspire peers by listening, collaborating and sharing wisdom.
