Department of Applied Biology and Environmental Science
The department of Applied Biology and Environmental Science (ABES) is in the School of Engineering Technology and Applied Science (SETAS). It encompasses 5 areas of study including Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering Technology, Environmental Technology, Food Science Technology, and the Medical Laboratory Technician program. All programs have specialized laboratories where students obtain relevant hands-on training in their chosen field, led by experienced Faculty.
