7 Exercise

To keep an active lifestyle, you need to exercise! It has been shown that exercising can help with reducing stress, depression and anxiety.

Some basic exercising that people can engage in are:

  • Walking
  • Running
  • Dancing
  • Stretching

These basic exercising can be embedded into your day to help you stay healthy.
