Chapter 5: Academic Strategies

38 Learning Styles

There are 4 predominant learning styles:

  1. Visual
  2. Auditory
  3. Read/Write
  4. Kinaesthetic

While most of us may have some general idea about how we learn best, often it comes as a surprise when we discover what our predominant learning style is.

Do you learn best through hearing an instructor repeat important information verbally? Do you learn best by performing a task with your hands to display a skill?

Take the quiz at  https://vark-learn.com/the-vark-questionnaire/ to learn more about your learning style.
