  • Virtual (or in-person), synchronous experience x 60 hours
    • o Exploring pedagogical principles of teaching & evaluating EqCC
    • o Hands on experience of developing curriculum tailored to organizations
    • o Experience facilitating EqCC learning modules with opportunity for feedback
  • Graduate with certificate as an “EqCC Instructor”
