5 Structure

The VGS is split in four separate parts or phases that will be further explained in chapter 3. These phases of the VGS “Hello, you must be Flo!” are:

At the end of the simulation learners will be provided with a summary report of their responses to promote self-reflection and synthesise learning.

This first generation European VGS is designed for online learning. With this approach, “Hello, you must be Flo!” can be assigned to learners to be played individually, from prebriefing to debriefing. Nonetheless, there are many ways the simulation can be applied in a course. We will provide further explanations about these modalities in the next part.
