6 Phases

The virtual gaming simulation (VGS) development process should be divided into three separate phases to help organize the work and define short term goals that will serve as milestones of the process:

  • Pre-production: During this initial phase activities are specifically aimed at planning and designing the VGS.
  • Production: In this the phase the simulation design (decision points) is uploaded into the software and the filming production takes place.
  • Postproduction: In this phase the filmed videos are edited and upload into the VGS software and final edits are made after conducting a usability study.
