7 Key elements to remember

It is important to highlight that the process of designing a VGS has two key features:

• It should be an interprofessional process, in which different professionals from the field of education, technology and the specific content of the simulation work together towards the creation of a powerful and solid learning tool.

• The process should be a highly iterative as a result of the efforts of the interprofessional team. All the members of the team should be engaged in all phases of developing a VGS. The engagement of the interprofessional members will result in multiple versions of the VGS design, refinements and edits which will contribute to a the high quality and impact of VGS.
