CHAPTER 5. DESIGN PROCESS: POST-PRODUCTION

This chapter explains the key elements that need to be taken into consideration in the post-production phase of a VGS and gives some advice based on the ENVISION experience.

Once filming is complete, the final phase of the process begins: post-production. The tasks to be accomplished in this phase include:  the editing of the video clips; creating the branching scenario by introducing the decision point (DP) questions and response options into the software platform; defining the pre-briefing and debriefing content, testing the usability of the VGS; creating translated versions of the VGS, if required; and, and disseminating the VGS to learners and teachers’ community.
