General guidelines
- Double spaced on standard 8.5″ x 11″ paper with 1″ margins on all sides
- Page number on the top right corner starting with the cover page
- Check with the instructor for preferred font style and size, but generally Calibri and Arial (11pt); Lucida (10pt); and serif fonts (12pt) are acceptable

- Use upper and lower case for the title and subtitle. Center and bold it in the top half of the paper. Do not use abbreviations and keep it succinct.
- Student name (without titles).
- Institutional affiliation (program and institute)
- Course code and name
- Professor’s name
- Date of submission

You also learned some introductory information about APA 7 like how to create a cover page and some formatting basics.
