Qualification/Certifications

BLS CPR

I have completed a BLS CPR course which I renew from last year and will continue to renew every year before it expires.

Lift and Transfer Training 

Through my PSW job at Fairhaven Long Term Care Home, I have completed my life and transfer training which allows me to have confidence using mechanical lifts to transfer residents.

Vulnerable Sector Check 

I have completed a police background check with vulnerable sector screening which I renew every year and allows me to work with vulnerable populations.

TB Test

I completed a negative 2-step TB test last year and have a newly updated 1-step TB test this year which I will continue to renew each year.

Mask Fit Test

I completed a mask fit test last year which allowed me to learn my mask size is a 3M 1870+ and I will complete another one in September 2025 to ensure this is still an accurate conclusion to the test.

Full Vaccination Passport 

I have completed all of my serology testing and am fully vaccinated including 4 COVID-19 vaccines and I get the flu shot every year.
