For this leadership portfolio, I will seek to illustrate how my leadership has evolved, beyond control and performance to empowerment, flexibility, and teamwork. By reflecting on key experiences in school, at work, and in sports, I will try to get a better sense of how I lead under adversity, how I affect others, and how I can further grow.

I want whoever reads this portfolio to know that I’m a leader by intention, not the most loudest or skillful, but by creating space for others to excel. I hope it translates my dedication to self-reflection, learning, and embracing strengths and learning edges.
