They are embedded in each week of each module so that you can easily scroll and preview the entire document within that window. You will also see a direct link to each Google Doc under the embedded preview. Making a Copy/Downloading Google Docs

You can choose to “Make a copy” and work online or you can “Download” in whatever format you choose to work offline.

Sharing Google Docs

For the group activities, one person in your group might want to make a copy online,  and then share it with everyone else in the group. This allows all group members to be working in the same document at the same time.
