Debrief
Debriefing plays an essential role in simulation learning; it promotes the integration of the student’s experience through reflection, as it helps the learner reflect and identify their learning needs related to knowledge and skill required to perform tasks. This can help improve clinical practice and is a critical component of simulation-based learning as it can enhance clinical judgement in the future (Eppich & Cheng, 2015).
The next step of the community home visit simulation is the debriefing component. PEARLS framework and Promoting excellence and reflective learning in simulation will be utilized to guide the online-debrief (Eppich & Cheng, 2015).
There are 4 phases to the community home visit debriefing:

There are 11 questions to be answered from the Phases. It will take you approximately 30 minutes to complete the questions. Your debrief answers are confidential.
