Traditionally, in post-secondary education, there is a process to navigate accommodation needs in the classroom. This is often less clear and more difficult to navigate outside the classroom. The module below link provides modules for learners to be able to engage in work-integrated learning in a meaningful way. Addressing the barriers that often exist in relation to equity and inclusivity provides insights on understanding your rights, how to navigate disclosure, request accommodation, understand various types of discrimination and how to address conflict.
