  2. Use correct and consistent document formatting when editing and transcribing medical reports.
  3. Practice correct formatting of medications in medical documents.
  4. Apply current abbreviation formatting rules to medical documents.
  5. Choose the correct usage of ‘x’, ‘X’ or ‘times’ in a variety of medical sentences.
  6. Demonstrate correct form and usage of medical terms related to a variety of specialties.
