Reframing Aging through Adapted Open Educational Resources

- Supporting faculty member in remixing an adapted OER by combining information from three existing OERs; openly-sourced data and updated content for Canada, U.S., and the world; and frameworks for aging from the Frameworks Institute.

Peer Assisted Learning Sessions (PALS) Coordination

- Provide 8-12 hours of intensive face-to-face training for new (and returning) leaders, each term
- Promote positions, review applications, conduct interviews, and hire leaders
- Complete administrative tasks associated with scheduling, space booking, managing the Blackboard sites, liaising with departments, and the general operation of the program
- Liaise with course instructors, leaders, and students
- Promote the program in formal and informal settings, including the creation of various promotional materials

Online Graduate Diploma in Industrial-Organizational Psychology

- Project manager responsible for liaising between the lead faculty member and the development team comprised of four student employees and a learning specialist, supervising student work, consulting with various institutional units, and tracking the progress of the project
- Co-designed the curriculum structure including five online courses and a placement component, navigating various institutional processes including AAU approvals and the Program Development Committee requirements
- Co-designed several online learning modules and assessments, ensuring their proper functionality on Blackboard Learn
- Participated in the production (casting, set, filming, editing, captioning) of several demonstration videos
