Welcome to my leadership development journey portfolio!

My Purpose for Creating This ePortfolio

This leadership ePortfolio is a way for me to make sense of my leadership journey. To better understand where it started, how it’s evolved, and where it is going. I’ve realized that leadership isn’t just about positions or titles, but how we show up, especially in moments that challenge us. During my exchange in France this year, I was pushed outside my comfort zone more than ever. From adapting to a new culture to navigating unfamiliar environments and building connections with people worldwide, I was constantly learning, unlearning, and rethinking how I lead.

This ePortfolio gives me the space to reflect on those experiences, not just the successes, but also the struggles and the moments of uncertainty that shaped who I am as a leader. Documenting my leadership accomplishments gives me something tangible to refer back to in job interviews or other professional settings. But more importantly, it reminds me how far I have come and how much room I still have to grow.

What I Hope One Takes Away from My ePortfolio

I hope that by exploring my portfolio, someone can be inspired to reflect on their own leadership story. By sharing my experiences, especially the transformative ones I’ve had abroad, I want to show how growth often comes from the unexpected moments that challenge us.

I also want this to serve as a reminder that leadership is shaped by the environments we’re in, the people we surround ourselves with, and the risks we take. I hope that it shows who I am as a leader and encourages others to embrace learning as a lifelong part of leadership.
