5 SMART Goals
SMART Goals
These are goals that set clear and achievable objectives by following the formula: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time Bound. I believe that this kind of goal system will help me improve significantly on my academics next semester.
– 1st Goal –
Enhanced Time Management – I will create and follow a more organized weekly study schedule, dedicating at-least a minimum of 2 hours on doing course work or homework to achieve an 80% or more in all of my courses and completing the tasks that I have been assigned by the end of the next semester.
– 2nd Goal –
Effective Stress Management – I will practice relaxation techniques such as meditation or deep breathing for atleast 10 minutes every day in order to improve my well-being and stress levels, I will be an expert on using these techniques to maintain a healthy well-being by the end of the semester especially exam season.
