Data Sources and Resources

Data Sources

Program teams should be referring to the data sources indicated for each question. This data is provided by different sources as indicated in the report.

• General data, such as Student Pulse Survey results, can be found in the Main PQ shell in the APR Resources Content tab, under APR Data.
• Program specific data provided by AEPQ can be found in your Program specific PQ shell on eCentennial, in the APR tab, under Data Resources. If a data source is not available, please contact Laxshaa Nadpurajah (lnadpurajah@centennialcollege.ca) in AEPQ for support.
• Program areas may also provide some APR data, such as Student Course Feedback Survey results.

KPI Data

Due to recent Ministry requirements related to KPI data collection, student satisfaction KPI data for 2020-2021 is not available.

Graduate Satisfaction and Employer Satisfaction KPI data may  not be available for your program. Please contact Laxshaa Nadpurajah (lnadpurajah@centennialcollege.ca) to confirm if this data is available.

Action Item Report Template

The Action Item Report Template can be found in the Main Program Quality eCentennial shell. is provided to help track the Action Items identified in this report to support implementation and track completion. The Action Item Report Template provides space for planning the implementation of the action items through the next academic cycle.

Each question in the APR includes an ‘Action Item Button’. When this button is selected, the faculty lead/coordinator/chair should track the item in the provided Action Item Report template. This information will be needed in Section 6: Action Items, where it will need to be entered.

Final Version

Upon completion of the report, a final version of the report will need to be downloaded by clicking ‘Download PDF’ to export a copy of your responses. This file should then be uploaded into your eCentennial Program shell for record keeping and storage.
