As per previous years, the 2021-22  APR is being facilitated through Qualtrics. Links will be shared with Coordinators by their Academic Chair.

Section Overview

There are seven (7) sections to the APR (described below). Sections 1-6 can be completed by the Program Team, while Section 7, focused on operational considerations, is reserved for completion by the Academic Chair.

Navigation through the sections is managed through a Section Menu icon at the top left of the page.

Navigation through the individual questions is managed through green arrow buttons at the bottom of each screen. To find a specific question within a Section, click the forward or back arrow until you find the specific question you are seeking.

Progression

You can leave a question blank and continue to progress through the survey. This means that the team will need to complete a final review of all questions prior to the final submission to ensure all questions have responses.
