Delivery During COVID-19

The Animation 3D program has its own dedicated labs where you will have full access to the computers and software, but due to COVID-19, the college is not allowing you to access the lab in person. Instead, the IT department has set up the remote access system that allows you to connect to any of the lab computers there remotely from the comfort of your home. As long as you have workable home computer with reliable (stable) internet connection, you won’t have too much trouble with using the remote access system. However, it is recommended to have decent computer at home since you can install and run some of the software directly. We may be able to open up parts of the campus lab to the students by the fall semester, but nothing is confirmed at this point due to the uncertainties surrounding the current pandemic.

Post-Pandemic Delivery

Most of courses in the program will shift back to face-to-face delivery with exceptions of few online courses. The students will be recommended to attend the classes at college campus.

eCentennial

All courses at Centennial have an online learning environment on eCentennial, the College’s learning management system. Through eCentennial you can access course documentation and class assignments, monitor grades, and actively communicate and collaborate with professors and other students. Online courses and online components of hybrid courses will be delivered through eCentennial. You may need to write online tests and submit assignments via eCentennial.
