Grading & Completion Requirements📊

To successfully complete AMHW-310 Field Placement 1 and AMHW-410 Field Placement 2, students must meet all course and placement requirements by the end of the semester in which they are enrolled.

Minimum Passing Grade:

• A minimum grade of “C” is required in both Field Placement 1 and Field Placement 2 to progress in the program.

📌 Requirements Include:

• Completion of the minimum required placement hours, verified and signed by the Agency Field Supervisor.

• Submission of all required documentation and forms (time logs, evaluations, and appendices) by the deadlines provided.

• Consistent attendance and professional conduct at the placement site.

• Active engagement in supervision, reflective learning activities, and class seminars connected to placement.

⚠️ Important:
If requirements are not fully completed, students cannot earn credit for the course. Missing hours, unsubmitted forms, or incomplete evaluations will result in a failing grade and may delay program progression.
