Meeting with Faculty:
Faculty office hours are posted on their doors and students are encouraged to book an appointment to meet with faculty so that the faculty would be available and prepared for such meetings.
Messages, voicemails & e-mails:
Students may leave messages for faculty on voice mail or e-mail or may leave messages or materials with the Program Support (Room 123). Faculty members will leave messages for students on the Year 1 and Year 2 OTA and PTA Diploma Program notice boards located outside Rooms 311/312. Therefore, it is the student’s responsibility to check these areas on a regular basis. Faculty will contact students by e-mail using only the Mohawk College e-mail address assigned to each student when entering the Program. Faculty will endeavour to answers e-mails and voicemails in a timely fashion – usually within 24 hours after receipt.
