Students are responsible to pay for any fees charged by agencies and/or health care professionals providing the services outlined in the required forms. Details available on MyMohawk -> Academics -> Pre-Placement Services.

Clearances are the responsibility of the student. Students must be fully cleared before attending any experiential learning opportunity. All clearances must be valid for the duration of the experiential learning course. Students who are not in compliance will be denied and/or removed from their experiential learning placement. If a student knowingly allows a requirement or certificate to expire while on placement, this may be considered academic dishonesty and will be dealt with as such. Mohawk College reserves the right to do so at the discretion of the Associate Dean of the program in which the student is registered.
