Onboarding New Staff

OneCard

You will require a Mohawk OneCard: https://www.mohawkcollege.ca/campus-services/one-card. We have an online system to get it setup – you need to submit a photo and go through the steps, and then select a pick-up location.

Your OneCard is used for various things including:

  • staff ID to check out Library resources
  • using the multifunction copiers to print/copy/scan
  • using the new Akindi scantron system

You can also load funds onto your OneCard to use for purchases at other Mohawk campuses (not the IAHS, as our cafeteria is owned by McMaster).
