FAQs and More

The following are answers to some of the  questions or problems that trainers might encounter:

Q: The learner(s) acts like they already know everything.

A: Pointing out that they don’t know everything is NOT a winning strategy. Instead, you need to allow them to figure out what they don’t know and tell you what they want to know.

Q: One or more of the learners, is shy and unwilling to speak up in the session.

A: Make sure the learners have the opportunity to get to know each other. Helping the learners become familiar with each other will make them feel more comfortable speaking with their classmates. Remind them that making mistakes is how they will learn and that there are no “stupid questions”.

Additional questions will be added over time in accordance with queries that come from future trainers.
