Section 7. Difficult issues

Introduction

Occasionally, as a peer visitor, you will find yourself in difficult situations. It’s important for you to learn to identify when is difficult situation arises during the visit and how you deal with the situation. We will specifically talk about suicide in this section and also review some of the appropriate responses and actions that you might take if you encounter a difficult situation.
