To ensure the evolution and continued success of the program, the Apprenticeship Community facilitates connections and provides a mechanism for student support. This includes apprentices past and present, as well as the Founders’ Group and other industry leaders as mentors. These mentors meet monthly with their graduate for the first four months, beginning May/June and ideally every month or so afterwards for the rest of the year – a total of 4-12 meetings.
